India-China talks should resolve the outskirt debate, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh said this afternoon as he connected with the soldiers in Ladakh, including the degree of the achievement, in any case, “can’t be ensured”. “We are pleased with our military. I feel pleased as I remain among our jawans. Our jawans have laid their lives for the nation. Each of the 130 crore Indians are disheartened by the misfortune,” he included.
