Salary Candidates will be chosen as management trainee for the post of manager and provided training for 6 months. During the training period, stipend at the rate of Rs. 40,000 per month will be paid to them. After successful completion of 6 months training, the management trainees will be recruited as managers. The managers will be provided the IDA pay scale of Rs. 40,000 to 1,40,000.
